Booking

The one who accepts the travel itinerary & financial agreement of a tailor made group travel is regarded as the one who is head-responsible for the whole financial agreement of all participants.

Tailormade Escorted Group Travels are treated as special projects.

Latinamerica Journeys Guru has the right to cancel a travel:

• 1 / until one month ahead, if there not sufficient participants, this depends per destination and travel and can be less than half plus one of the maximum amount of participants.
• 2 / anytime, if a destination before departure is not mentioned as safe anymore due to a sudden change in political conditions or has received a destructive impact due to natural disasters. In this case we will propose, if possible, a suitable alternative.

For Vivencial Group Travels & Retreats we have the following procedure for every individual participant:

We send you the Travel conditions for a Vivencial Group Travel & a registration form in which you can fill in your data and in which we ask you a few questions relevant for the specific Travel.
We will look through your registration and contact you if we have any questions.

You will receive a confirmation of your registration and the data of our bankaccount to which a first payment of the travelsum has to be transferred. The rest of the travelsum is paid 3 months before departure, unless otherwise is communicated by Latinamerica Journeys Guru.

The closing date for booking is around 2 months for departure. If you would like to join but the closing date has already passed, you can always approach us and see what can be done.

After the confirmation of the first payment, you receive a booking confirmation and a letter of participation from us. Six weeks before departure you receive a list with all accomodations, addresses & phonenumbers, and the time and place where we will meet.
